Clicking noise while racing

Clicking noise while racing I'll try to make this short. Yesterday while driving to the track I had a vibration in the rear of the car between 70-80mph, it would go away under acceleration. Once at the track I put on the Kumhos VR700s. My wife shot video while I was racing and all you can hear is a clicking sound coming from the car 
. I could not here it in the car(with the helmet on). It would speed up or slow down with the car (not with the motor). I'm trying to get this figured out so I don't blow it apart going down the autobahn at 150mph. Thanks in advance for the help!!
