Default 4:10's ??'s

hey guys right now i just have the stock 3:42 in the rear and i am considering putting 4:10's in the rear. but i am concered with the increase of wheel spin or will it not be that bad?? i also considered putting 3:90's out back or will this change not be worth the money???

Your concerned about an increase in wheel spin? I dont get it, i thought thats kinda the point.

Yes, of course your gonna break them loose easier but it also seems like u have some suspension mods you could do to help that.

True, but if you limit your cars ability to spin the tires down low by skimping on gear, or power for that matter, then once at a good speed where wheel spin isnt an issue your car will still have that handicap you gave it.

Do 4.10's w/ some suspension mods and your car will feel worlds faster out of the whole.

3.90's didn't seem like much of an upgrade from my 3.42's. I definitely wasn't blown away. My gas mileage stayed about the same or with 1 mpg though. I have 4:10's being installed now. I'm picking the car up tomorrow. Maybe I'll get that wow factor.

do you suggest any suspension mods i did some reading and i found people doing different springs and shocks. is there anything else to do. i already have the LCA's i have a hard top so not really any need for SFC's.

Do some more research man its all real easy to find. an adjustable torque arm would be a good idea and maybe some lca relocators.
