Swapping out PT-4400 for ?
My setup includes:
Stock block
GTP S2+ heads
223/.589/112 cam
LS6 intake
3.73 gears
FLP LTs
100-150HP NX Gemini nitrous kit.
I am looking at either the:
SS4000E
SS3800
PT-4000
OR
Any Vig TC that is similar to the ones mentioned above.
I would prefer something a lil easier on the street than the 4400 I have now if possible but it is not a requirment. My ultimate goal is N/A ET's and N20 as secondary but still decent. Will any of these above mentioned converters still hit hard off the line like my PT-4400 or am I gonna just have to comprimise? I feel it may be a silly question but with the new SS converters I was hoping to retain the hard hit off the line and still have decent efficiency with the nitrous.
Y3000
ST3800
and driven a ton of ST3500s
I mateched my best 60' with the PT-4400 with my ST-3800 and the 3800 was near perfect drivability.
I talked with Mike today and he said he can restall my PT-4400 to a PT-3800 and that would work best for my setup.
Yeah, driving in traffic will be fun again! Well, as fun as that can be LOL
