Source for driveshaft yoke?????

I destroyed my yoke when i broke my tailshaft. Only markings on it are spicer 1300. The DS is an LS1 speed "nitrous driveshaft" that is made for a 9" rear end. Does anyone know where i can get a yoke?

Which Transmission and what size ujoint are you running?
