How good will I launch on street?

How good will I launch on street? My car has a torquer v3 cam, full boltons, m6, full suspension(lcas,phb,adj tq arm, sfcs, 1le bars, bilstein hds, eibach springs 3/4 drop). I also have a 150 wet kit, (very flexible from 75-150, progressive capability, and first gear lockout), textralia clutch.
Say i got 275 e/t streets, a 9'' rear, good driveshaft, and 4.11 gear (give or take).
Will i be able to just dump the clutch with some significant rpm on the street and hook?
My car is a monster at rolling races once i get in the rpms, nothing really can touch me, but i really need to get better at off the line. I need to get into the rpms faster. I figure with more agressive gearing, traction, and some rpm on the launch, i can be a monster.

Hoosier QTPs all the way. granted im only bolt ons..but ive launched it from about 3 with no prep and rolled into the nitrous at 3500RPMs and no spin. With your extra power im not sure..Also what kind of 275 M/Ts? I had them on my 17s and honestly wasnt impressed personally.
