They shouldn't because this was not something caused by you, unless you engaged in a little bit of Death Race 2000. If you decide to do this on your own dime, you need to shop around because some shops will work a deal if it an insurance company is not involved.
If you are going to do this your self, I would still get it evaluated by a shop so you know what parts you need to buy because it looks like more than just the front facia and fender. There is stuff behind all that, that you may have jacked up.
What was it, jack rabbit, opossum, or armadillo?

There was a deductable associated with it...but it was like $1500 or $1600 to fix the car, and the deductable was $500...so the insurance picked up the rest.
