Quick Halltech Yellow Jacket question

Quick Halltech Yellow Jacket question

So my dad picked up a 2012 Camaro SS vert with an automatic transmission and wants to add a CAI. I had a Halltech Stinger on my now SC C5, the quality was great so I started with Halltech. I see they have the Yellow Jacket and it reviews well but is listed for the LS3 and not the L99 engine, will this work for him?

During my search for the answer I saw Halltech post here so maybe they will chime in.

Bit of an update. I talked with Jim at Halltech, thanks for your time Jim! and I have a few additional questions since they have not fit a Yellow Jacket to an L99 car.

Does anybody know

-If the air box is the same for an SS with the l99 compared to an LS3?
-Are the mounting points at the intake the same?

If so I can't really see any reason this wouldn't work.
