Default P0054 and P0060

2011 camaro ss L99. Could you please advise, every morning I have check engine related to the active P0054 and P0060 codes. I have both cats-off and ECU was reflashed 1 year ago. Is it internal O2 sensors failure or I need to rewrite ECU again and disable heating function ? If it's a sensor's issue, is it downstream side or upstream ?

Thank you in advance.

PS. Maybe it's a normal in my case, while scanning I always see P0420 and P0430 errors without check engine (constant error)

I found that one of the O2 sensors is shorted to ground. I used jumper instead the fuse and smoke came somewhere from under the engine

Is 07 fuse stands for front O2 sensor only or it's shared with the EVAP purge valve ? L99 engine
