P0033 Code 2013 CamaroZL1 Convertible
P0033 Turbocharger/Supercharger Bypass Valve "A" Control Circuit
Car was off the road on a trickle charger for 5 months and every year I get codes when I put it back on the road. Disconnect the battery and all is well but this year the P0033 code is sticking around.
The car runs & drives fine and looks like its the "Supercharger Bypass valve adjustment" Any help with fixing this code is appreciated. Thanks !

You might try over on Camaro5, the Gen 5 section here doesn't get much action. I have one, and I don't even post in here, lol. Then again, Camaro5 is kinda dead too, unfortunately.

Well, here's my take on it - There's a possibility that your bypass is hanging up when opening. Maybe gummed up somehow? I'm not familiar with ZL1 blowers, but I suspect it has an actuator with a 0-5V output and the PCM is not seeing the value it's commanding. You'd have to have it hooked up to a bi-directional scanner and command it open ( if it is in fact operated in this manner ) and see if it will open to the value commanded.
