Oil coming out my exhaust after rebuild
Soooo I messed something up. Trying to do too many projects at once, and I kinda rushed myself a bit I think. I did forget to install the dogbone when I put it back together. Started it, realized there was no oil pressure, after it ran for a minute while I was watching for leaks. I shut it down, and pressure primed it through the driver side galley plug. Tried again, still nothing. Took the trans out, and checked, and found the dog one was never put in. So I replaced it, put it all back together, ran like crap for a minute. Wouldn’t stay running, at first, but it smoothed out. Then it started to smoke out the passenger side exhaust, then oil started running down out of an unclamped connection at the header. Now it’s dripping out of the pipe. Took the exhaust off the header, and there is definitely oil coming directly out of at least one, if not 2 of the cylinders. It has brand new rings in it. What are your thoughts?
