Stuck balancer bolt

Ok so in was doing a camshaft in my LS3. I used a hardened bolt to press on the balncer which I used before. Now it won't back out but will go forwards. What can I do to get this bolt out? Please help me I am freaking out.

how much effort are you putting to back out the bolt?
IS this a balancer install tool you made and now its jammed in there or is this an ARP bolts or other type of balancer bolt?
