dont forget abour RONIN, I believe she was there as well. by loking at her pictures, I think i can tell which car she liked best! I also would like these two to chime in and say waht they can say instead of letting us hit & miss on certain topics.

I was wondering when someone was gonna start this thread.. I suppose you guys are pretty much sworn to secrecy. All i wanna ask is.. will the camaro be top dog out of the big three (Mustang, Challenger, Camaro)? Will the General deliver??

I was also there along with Tim and Cara.

Not sure how to address this.... let me start here...

I am extremely confident Camaro will hold its own against the competetion. The GM folks on the Camaro team "get it". GM Powertrain knows a thing or two about HP. Camaro is in VERY good hands.

In terms of specifics... GM didnt really tell us anything.... they had a list of questions for us that we went through and discussed. Some dealt with "product" and the others were about "marketing". We can't get into specifics due to the non-disclosure agreement we were required to sign... but safe to say most of the prevalent issues that have been discussed on the boards did come up.

Everyone here, including the GM folks themselves, want a 3200lb 600HP Camaro that can stop from 60mph in 90 feet for $22,000. That's not realistic.

Those of you who understand the car business... who can keep your expectations REALISTIC... wont be disappointed.

To me horsepwer is nothing when you race down that track the pedal sticks to the floor and grinds a gear, because of a flauty design. Did they seem to express concern or say if it was no problem anymore when offering the new tranny.

Well they can slip me one of those 600hp camaro under the door for 22k anytime.

Echoing wat ChrisL said....

GM understands what we want, lots of good feedback was given to them.
