The number of engine options? Just the #. I have reviewed the threads in this section. OctaneZ28 is the guy with knowledge. Ive seen 5.3, L92, LS3, and so on. I like to know if the car is going to have one V8 engine in its regular line of trim models (z28, SS). This is killing me and I had to post. I know Octane is limited on the telling the info, but I like to know; i can live with waiting on the actual announcement on the exact engine. I want one, but the rumors are crazy, and is leading on buying a 2008 vette.
I just read in one of the threads that the 2008 Vette and 2009 Camaro would be available with "premium" V8's making 450 hp from a 6.2L.... Sounds pretty good to me! If they keep the weight about the same as the current fbody cars, those things will fly. I'll be interested to see how to make a 450 hp car hook up with independent rear suspension though?
