Does anybody here has pic of the new SS's engine bay? Reason I'm asking is, will it have plenty of room to stuff in a 2.8 KB?

I've just started playing with the new cars as we get them ready for SEMA. From a quick examination, you should have no trouble doing serious work under the hood. There is lots of room to swap on a set of CNC-ported heads or a cam from GM Performance Parts.
As for the blower, I didn't measure hood clearance, but the hood does not ride right on the intake, so you should be in luck. I can't confirm that we are going to do a hood - sorry.
It's going to be fun ....

Nobody else caught that, "The engine swap is going quite nicely... " Sounds like they are putting something serious in there for the show. Guess we will have to wait and see.
