As of lately the stabilitrak comes on every single time i start the car. Has anyone had any similar issues? Codes are P061 P062
That code should be 5 alphanumerical places, not 4. You're missing a number. I will say, with the newer cars, almost anything can cause a "Service Stabilitrak Soon" message to pop up. I had that happen because one of my fuel injectors failed on my 5th Gen. Get the actual code, otherwise you're grasping at straws.

Looks like you're having issues with the alternator, and also the oil temp. What does the scanner show the voltage at when running? Does the oil temp gauge work correctly? The Stabilitrak light will definitely come on for voltage problems.
That scanner says 2 codes in the ABS system go look at those. It's not neccessarily a stabilitrack problem per say. Stabilitrack functions with data off of multiple modules. A problem in any sub modules disables the overall stabilitrack system then turning on the lamp and warning in the cluster to notify you I'm sick get me looked at.
