Hooker or Pacesetter LTs?
I can get some Hooker LTs for 400.00 shipped.
I can also get on here some Pacesetters from Marland speed for 390.00 plus 20.00 to ship.
Both are coated, both with bolts, gaskets, o2 extensions ect
I know the pacesetters are the best bang for the buck, but i dont hear much about the Hookers.
What would YOU recommend?

We have Hookers on the LS1 and my buddy has Paces on his LT1. Very similar in design and no problems with either so far. (installs were less than a month apart).
Make sure you get them coated I doubt your gonna find new Pacesetters coated for 190. Sounds like they are just painted with high temp paint.

I want some too. The cheapest coated hookers I've found were 750.00 bucks or more depending on the year.

Go to speedtweekerz.com, that's where I got my hooker super comp headers and the y pipe. Y-pipe was 200 and the headers were like 400. Go with hookers, that's my vote. My buddy has pacesetters on his ss, and he likes them just fine. It's up to you in the end, but I think hookers are the way to go.
