I am a newbe to the camaro world but can you swap a frontend of a 1994 z28 to a 98 z28 i like the way the 98 looks in the front

 

Yes you can. Just sell the 94' and buy a 98'. You're not going to bring the value up by having a newer body panels, and the time/money spent on the swap would equal just selling the 94' and paying more for the 98' and it has a waaaay better motor.

It can be done, but crager is right. Unless you are dead set on the lt1 powertrain, you are better off selling the 94 for a decent condition 98 and have the ls1

 

i second those notions!!! i have a 98 Z28, its all stock but i couldn't be happier, true you may spend a little more money on an ls1 but compared to an lt1 you will get more power per mod and money on an ls1. and you'll have that nice front end.

 

ah if he finds a good deal on a whole front clip it may be reasonable. what they^^^ are suggesting is that you reward yourself with the motor upgrade that accompanies the new front end in a newer model car.
