LS1 Help When i bought my 1999 camaro z28 in feb 2007, the previous owner had just replaced the engine a month or two before. Recently I've been upgrading my car and have found out that the engine is a little different from the original 1999 ls1 that was installed. More specifically, I discovered this when I was trying to install a harmonic balancer. Upon feeling around I found that the stock crank pulley that's currently installed does not have a key and I was unable to remove it with the tools I had. I was just wondering if anyone could help to identify exactly what kind of model LS1 mine was replaced with. I have all the original documents of the install from the previous owner if that helps at all.
