Does it need a tune ?

I'm putting a set of M/T 275x60x15 on my 2001 formula. Car has 373's and bolt ons. I just bought the car and it came with Potenza 245x50x16's. The car just lights those tires up ! Have A4 trans. Does the car have to be tuned because of the bigger tire? Thanks.

your mph may be off without a tune but if you dont care about that tjen everything is good

Depending the bolt ons it should be tuned but if it has been and you just added tires then you just need to recalibrate the tires.

Thanks for the info, I'm new to all this. Only owned the car a week. Hopefully the $$$$ isn't too bad for recalibrating and get it done.

I meant speedo but I think you get the idea. Sorry. Ya most performance shops with tuning software will be able to do it.
