Need help... Ok next summer i plan on buying and rebuilding a camaro. hopefully an 02 SS. I want to stay within the constraints of a 20K budget, but I want do as much as possible. I'm thinking I want to do a 383 stroker, a big cam, heads, and other supporting mods. I need help deciding what to get. I will be doing nearly all the work myself (with the exception of the short block) at the house. Also, the 20K has to include the car... im looking for any suggestions.

-383/LS2 short block
-heads cam pkg
-full exhaust
-intake mani
-fuel system upgrade
-rebuilt tranny (M6)
-brakes
-ZR1 rims/tires
-rear end
-suspension
-etc
I want my car to sound like it needs to be on life support and run like a scalded dog. Wheel stands from stop signs would be a plus...
