Bolt on performance for Escalade?

Bolt on performance for Escalade? I have an 07 Escalade with the 6.2 and 6l80 tranny. I think it would be kick *** to make this thing run better than say a srt8 GC.
Is this motor based off an ls3? Are the parts (cams, spring etc.) from the ls3 aftermarket compatible with the motor?
Next the tranny, is there any aftermarket support for 6l80? Primarily looking for a different converter.
My plan is a to make this thing haul ***, but still act like a Cadillac. Anybody have a hot rod Escalade?
