Headers?
.. as I said I have 219,000 + miles on a set and they look great...I would have called Pacesetter or the vendor that you purchased them from if I had that problem. I know at least a dozen people that have them and have had no problems with them. If you go by a Rolls-Royce dealership you will notice that their service departmant is just as bizzy and your local Chevy dealers. Not everything is perfect in this world.

Not everything is perfect in this world.I'd still take a set of ceramic coated over painted, I just wouldn't recommend anyone expect the coating to last forever unless they just weekend warrior their car.

If you choose this method you don't need to spend a dime on extensions or worry about splicing any wires.
Had I known this when I did my LT Install, this is what I would have done instead of spending the cash on extensions.

Why spend in between? Dosent make sense to me. Either buy stainless or get the cheap ones. (pacesetters)
I had stainless on my 98 but decided to get cheap on this car. Only difference I can tell is looks....
