need advice i got a ls1 im building and want to go low 11s high 10s, also want it to be a street car mpg dont matter much. front and back Seats where removed and now have 2 racing seats think roll cage soon.

volant cold air intake-No, a sealed lid and chris1313 offers far more gains
3.90 gears- just go 4.10s
3600 stall-go 4000

Long Tube Headers-Biggest you can afford, TSP 1-7/8" are probably the best deal right not, $500
comp cams 7.4 push rods-yeah you wont make it into 10's without a nice heads/cam combo, so call or email texas-speed and theyll tell you whats up.
706 heads (stock)-wont get you into 10's
Your probably going to need nitrous...
not to mention all the suspension and fuel upgrades youll need.
