porting throttlebottle

Default porting throttlebottle

Quick question if porting ur stock throttle body will it make ur car run lean or no. I have a pretty much stock 02 ws6 any help would be great

not saying it's impossible, but very doubtful. i have a 2000 camaro and i did a home porting job, not as extreme as a pro job but all i noticed was slightly increased throttle response. i don't think it's a big enough mod to make it run lean

Had one done by Shaner and had no problems on my 02 Firehawk. Throttle response was greatly improved.

I've never had a car with a throttle bottle before, so I don't know how it will respond to porting.

Haa throttle body, and just drilled holes in a gt and know he has to get a new throttle body cause it puts to much air in and idles real high.
