painted headers
I bought a set of pacesetters painted headers and was wondering this before I put them on the car..
would it be worth it for me to take them somewhere to get ceramic coated first?
or I have heard that people put like 3 coats of paint and wrapped them and they still have lasted, should I try this?
overall I just want mine to last as long as possible and yes they are going on a daily driver (not winter)..and I don't really care how they look when my hood is open
thanks

I would.
Stip the paint that is on them off. Sandblaster/media blast then clean them real well with a paint prep. People seem to like the VHT and Duplicolor header paint. Some have said wrapping will cause them to rust sooner and you can't monitor their condition.
No need to have them look like crap every time you pop the hood.
