ls1 Headers on L76?
ls1 Headers on L76? I just got a G8 GT and I have some old LS1 Headers laying aorund. I know the intake ports on l92 heads are different than ls1/2/6 but what about the exhaust ports and header bolt holes? Id like to put these old headers on the G8 if i can. Never had anything other than the cathedral heads. thanks

They will fit on the head but may not clear other components depending on what they were made for (i.e. may not have enough clearance, may get into steering shaft, etc).

i got some gaskets at a local part store and saw they matched but wanted to make sure. looks like theres plenty of room for them. gonna try and get them mounted up tomorrow. thanks alvin!
