Dealer Says Ride Okay
my 2011 camaro 2LT, I purchased used for fun, turns over a little slow...returned to dealer for diagnosis and after about 2 hours they said batter, starter, and alternator check out fine...its gas firing in the pistons which is normal...not a mechanic by any stretch but not dumb either...should i be worried or do i need to get this checked out again

This past weekend my mom wanted to drive my 2013 Camaro 1LE and she has a 2013 Grand Sport so we kind of traded off for the weekend. She also said she fealt my car starts kind of slow and thinks the battery is sluggish. She is not a mechanic type of car person by any means but I realized after she said that the car always did seem to start a little slow in comparison to my other cars but it has always been this way.

Easy enough to test the battery. Attach a multimeter set to DC volts then crank the engine over and watch the voltage. It should stay above 9.6 volts at all times. If it drops below this the battery is going bad.

I had an issue like this with my 2012. Tested everything and it all tested good. Starter didnt even pull to many amps. My buddy had a wrecked 2010 and we borrowed the starter to test and it cranks so fast its crqzy. Same amp draw. No reason why just my experience.
