Default

I would browse the Conversions/Hybrids section and read through all the first gen swap threads you can find. Also the search function will be your friend. What's your budget for the swap? I'd pick the LS3 if I could afford it. After a cam, bolt-on's, and a tune you can make 500rwhp.

Default L-92 engine choice

Hi 67, The best "sleeper" LS engine is the L-92 WITH the VVT.

My ECU-882C can operate the VVT correctly.

The L-92 has the Hendrick Heads AND is the lowest cost purchase.
This engine is also equipped with a larger oil pump and better oil pan design.

What is your location ?

Lance
