Got a 06 Silverado with a 4.8 with longtube headers is all that’s done to it but when it gets hots it starts ticking or could just be it gets droned out when cold. Idk but when it hot and starting it back up when hot it gets this pinging/ticking noise can’t really tell where it coming from but you hear it best from behind to front wheels or under the truck and it kind of comes and goes when driving it but definitely there at idle.
Any ideas or thoughts would be helpful

How is the oil level (6QTS.) and is the oil 5W-30 ?
