Difference in BMR kmember
Hey I was looking at the difference between the km344 vs the km013. I see the motor mounts are different but which one has more clearance, which one is a stronger setup ( car makes around 700rwhp on nitrous, my plan is one day make over 1000 - 1400 to the wheel with a turbo). So which one is a better setup and why ? The description on the website says the same for both of them.. thanks for any help I’d really appreciate some real world advice from people who have seen or know about them.

A better question is, is this a track only car or a street driven car? If it's street driven, you may want to look into a UMI K-member. The cradle area is double tubes instead of single, which will hold up better. Do a search for cracked K-members and you'll see what I mean.

I've seen threads over the years about cracks developing with extended street use. They're a lighter option for drag racing though. I'm not bad mouthing them either, I run ALL BMR suspension on my Camaro, and it's great. Just comes down to choosing the right piece for what you want to do. As for which BMR K-member to run, the extra clearance one helps with running your downpipes if you choose to route them through the K-member. Not many people that I've seen actually do that, however.
