Default Stamped VIN location help needed.

Can anyone tell me where.to find a stamped VIN derivative on a 1993 Z28.
Trying to register one in Ireland and they won't do it without a stamped VIN to match the windshield VIN.
Desperate for help in this.

The VIN is on the left door jamb and the RPO code label as well as the left side of the transmission and the left rear of the engine block. It may also be stamped on the right side windshield A pillar under some translucent blue tape... that might be easier to access than the transmission or engine block locations. That also assumes that the engine and/or transmission are still original.

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately the numbers are not on the block or transmission housing. I had it lifted and comber over everything underneath for two hours. Was hoping maybe something hidden on the frame.
I looked on the window pillar but found nothing.
I'll look there again more carefully.
I'll check the firewall and under the crown grill/cover.
They won't accept any stickers like the sticker on the door. Found nothing in the door jamb itself.
They're total ****** about it. Engine and tranny might have been changed out.

Here's a link that may help. '94 LT1 engine VIN location? - CorvetteForum - Chevrolet Corvette Forum Discussion It appears to me that these are the only places you could find a VIN derivative. These are modern cars, VINs did not get stamped everywhere.
