CTS-V or TB SS?????????

Im kind of thinking of getting rid of my cts-v for a trailblazer SS. I love my car but not having a truck is starting to gett to me  .... Im liking the way the tb SS is looking and it can do all the truck things that i need, but who knows...... My other option i was thinking a bout was gettin an old beater truck just to pull my shit around but then that will probably turn into another money pit......

soo what do you think CTS-V and old beater trruck or TrailBlazer SS?

ITSA6 01-02-2007 11:04 PM

i vote trailblazer i think they are amazing

buy a beater truck and keep that sharp lookin' Caddy! Buy something like I drive - 155000 miles and havn't had a car payment since 1998!:

theyre both nice but i prefer a car over an SUV.

2MuchRiceMakesMeSick 01-02-2007 11:15 PM

i would keep it and get a beater

You live in Louisiana you dont need a truck althouh I wouldnt want to use the TB as a truck anyway. Its a tough one I voted keep the Caddy.

I cant see shit. Im guessing a boat? If you need it to pull something like that then get the TB. And by useing it as a truck I ment they way us northerners use a truck, driving in fields, driving in snow, etc.

keep the caddy and get a beater +1 :)

LS1Formulation 01-03-2007 01:51 PM

Keep the caddy. Those are bad ass rides!

GTObsessor 01-03-2007 02:01 PM

Keep the caddy. Not only will it outperform the SS but you'll loose good money trading your caddy in for one. Get a beater and keep the caddy for fun :)

Swang 01-03-2007 04:15 PM

+1 for the beater truck.

ws6on19s 01-03-2007 04:28 PM

u can take over the payments on my truck :)

CTS-V is nicer and a little more fun to drive.

Pimp factor = Caddy
Towing ability = TBSS
Better drivetrain = TBSS

TBSS interior (especially the dash) just kinda sucks apperance-wise.

I've heard nothing but bad things about the CTS-V....rear breaking and a ton of other issues (More than an F or Y body)

WS6 SRT-8 01-03-2007 09:37 PM

Keep the V!

Mike00ss 01-03-2007 09:48 PM

Although the TB SS is a hot looking truck, I say Keep the caddy. You get both the comfort and looks as well as great performance with it.

the only reason i was thinking of going that route is because It would serve a few purposes like you said towing and i can beat on it quite a bit more and still not have to worry about having two cars to deal with parking, maintenance, and all the other bull shit that might come with a beater

Get the TB SS and slap on a Procharger.
