is stable necessary
I just realized that 3 months ago when I parked my car I filled the tank but forgot to add stable. My car will be in storage another 2 months. Will this screw up my fuel system.

5 months isn't the end of the world. If it sat for 2 years, then you'd probably have issues.
Having said that, I always use Stabil for winter storage. It's cheap, and it can only help so why not......

Thanks for the replies. I usually do add stable. I ended up parking it on short notice just before a snowstorm and I forgot. I won't worry about it. Thanks again.
