I will say that I ran a 12.73 with a lid, cold air, loudmouth and a hypertech on ET streets. Of course that is an '01 Z28. That was also back when I told myself that I was only going to do a few mods......now it's about $7k later....beware the seduction of the LS1 mods!

take away that hypertech, and i bet you'll run the same times.

I tired the hyper crap when i had my ls1 and next thing i knew my car wouldn't start fucked my **** all up lol. they suck useless. but i finally had mine tuned right and that payed off

ditto, it will tweak a lot of stuff in the comp and tranny, as for performance they claim like 10% increase but on an lt1 with a few boltons its still only a 13 sec car if she can drive it....
