random An estimate of my skill (on an integer scale of 0 to 10) in each of the following seven areas (in this order please):
Using the Internet for non-trivial purposes (research, shopping, etc.): 9
Ability in any programming language (BASIC, Java, C, C++, etc.): 8
Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (classes, methods, inheritance, etc.): 8
Creating Web pages using a development tool (like FrontPage or DreamWeaver): 9
Creating Web pages using HTML: 9
Using Web services (e.g. through your PDA or cell phone): 7
Overall this was a great class! the powerpoint presentations on the overhead were ideal, because while displaying information on the screen you could also very easily cut away to show us examples of source code or external web pages. There was a lot of homework in this class, but overall it was very helpful becuase now I feel like I have a great grasp of both HTML and javascript.
