Finaly got an ls1

I just picked up a 99 vert tonight with 100k on her. it needs some work but i only paid 3500 bucks for it. it runs strong as hell it just needs transmission work, little body work and some fresh paint. i'm just glad to be in an ls1 finally!

i'm re-doing the whole car. it's getting a new trans as we speak. after that its off for paint and body work. then interior. then performance mods. i couldnt pass it up for the price. the car runs awesome just needs some tlc.

nice car. while you are doing transmission work you should get a converter with a bigger stall and maybe a shift kit also.

hello, one of our sponsors on this board is proforma built transmissions , scroll down the right side colum . rebuilt tranny for under 2k, just a thought. a drive shaft safety loop for $100 will allow for headers / exhaust to clear. the stock cross brace wont. have fun and burn a rubber road to freedom!

The wheels are 19 inches x 9.5 all the way around. i think they look neat but they combined with low profile cheap tires gives me minimal traction. i found out real quick that it dosent take much to get these cars loose lol!

artic white is my favorite color on f-bodies. ls1transam346 is going to replace the fender and re paint the car for me so it will really look good when i'm done
