Pond In My Backseat!!!
ok so we got a big rain last night and i go to wash my car this morning and go to put my car washing stuff in the backseat and i look to find 2 big puddles where my backseats used to be. at first i thought it might be the t-tops but where the water was i really dont see how that could be the case. . . . . . . . i looked at the rear window weather stripping and it looks fine but it seemed to be a little bit wet so could that be my problem? you think itd be wet in other places but its just in the slumps where the rear seats used to be.
has anyone else had a problem like this??? i need this fixed im in the process of pulling up the carpet now i have to because its got puddles underneath it and the insulation is soaked too.
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!

its the welds where the quarter goes to the frame.... your hatch have had 2 f-bodies both did it.. you gotta take your hatch seal off alittle bit and put some clear silicone on it to seal it currectly...
the leaks pool up in the back seat wells and if your on a hill the water goes all the way under the drivers feet

mine did the same thing; when i installed my new speakers i ran all new wire, the gromit that houses the wires in the door wasn't in correctly and water was leaking down my door jam and ending up in my back seat area. once i fixed it the water stopped
