Ok, so I found the "Free headlight fix" from Brent Franker. Well, I get to the part where I take the bolt off of the actuator arm, and I just can't seem to get the arm itself off. I pried, pulled, pounded, and used releaser. Still won't budge. Idk if it's rusted on or what. Anyone have any suggestions?

Spray it and wait a while first... It can be a real bitch the first time it's removed.
