i was driving on the highway today, and as it was gettin dark i turned my lights on. after a few minutes my windshield wipers came on, they turn on and move up a few inches then they turn back off and go down. then like 10 secs later they come back on and do the same thing. i just took the fuse out but im goin to need them to use. anyone know what could be going on?

i just recently installed and hid conversion kit, u think this has anything to do with whats happening? thanks.
