Heater Question/ Problem - Elec. W/P

Heater Question/ Problem - Elec. W/P Ok... 97 LT-1 blah blah blah. New 180* stat in it and still no heat. I will check to make sure the two hoses going to heater core are roughly the same temp. If I let it sit and idle for 30 minutes @ 40+ degrees outside temp I will get heat, but as soon as I get driving it goes away. My fan blows on 4 different speeds but even on high it isn't as high as I think it should be. Then temp. blend door is working because you can move it back and forth when it is blowing hot and tell the difference. I was wondering if my elec. w/p is moving too much/and or too fast water? I live in Texas and winter isn't that bad but this morning it was 24 with a wind chill of 18. So thats miserable, especially with leather seats. Someone please help me. Thanks.
Oh and the coolant is dexcool and it has been bled. No air. And in the summer it doesn't get over 195~ even hot lapping it at the track. And my temp gauge now will even register 180 driving down the highway, but still no hot air. And it takes a really long time to warm up if you are driving 70mph~.

Yea well the temperature via our shop scan tool reads between 190-196 cruising down the highway. It is still cold. Both of the hoses are hot. Any help would be appreciated.

I will be watching this pretty close, my daughters 95 Z28 just started the same thing yesterday.
Where is the temp blend door????
I need to check to see if it is actually working on hers.
I know what you mean about the fan settings, for some reason I can have the fan on HI and when I turn the temp selector the air coming out of the outlets have more air coming out when the setting is on the cold side but on the hot side the air seems to be almost cut in half.
Hope someone helps, highs up here are supposed to be in the 30's for the next few days and she is 8 months pregnate.
