Default FNG needs help.

I've been around here off and on for a few years now so not totally new and definitly not new to fbody cars. I've got a 2000 z28 with around 90,000 miles on it and it's been doing fine until the temps dropped to around 30 or so at night. Now when I drive it the lights in the dash keep pulsing and the headlights dim when I start to stop. I replaced the battery because the tester showed it as bad but it's still doing it. It's been running fine other then that. Could it just be the cold weather doing this? Alternator? Drive belt slipping? Anyone else had this problem?
