Default Emission Question

well my car didnt pass emissions because the "NO (PPM)" was at like 700 and they said i needed a new egr valve. So i put one in and i passed with 336 at 15 mph and 432 at 25 mph. Now is the PPM high for an lt1 still? because the average it says on the paper is 150 at 15mph and 136 at 25mph. Could it be the 02 sensors cuz my car has 109k and i think they are the stock ones. Im not sure what ppm is so if it sounds confusing my bad. lol

PPM is parts per million. As for the nitrogen emissions, I'd say don't worry about it. If you passed emissions then you passed. The egr valve is the only part that really relates to NOX emissions. I doubt it's even related to the O2 sensors. Also if your O2 sensors were bad your computer would throw a code.
