Default PVC valve question, with pic

can I just buy the pcv valve with the Grommet( right side) can someone tell me the part #,.... I need the rubber thing (I think its called a Grommet) . and one more question:: why does a pcv valve need a ground connection??? its a 2000 z28

unfortunately gm wants you to buy the entire line with cost like $110 bucks i think. and i think it is more like a heat sink rather then a ground, or to just keep it in place

^^^thanks for the response, that's a lot to replace the little rubber piece, I was thinking of making a custom rubber thingy but don't think its gonna work, Ive searched but don't think this part is a common problem
Ill just buy the entire line don't wanna fock anything up thanks
