Default Air Bag Light....

after changing my oil pan gasket a little while ago i had to drop the k member and im thinking maybe a connection went lose or something. i dont know were the air bag connections are? right after putting everything back on it came on and will not go off. can somebody help?

Did u try disconnecting the battery and pushing the gas pedal a couple times? I dont really know how to help, but that made my Low Oil light go away. Although thats probably a different control module. Worth a try??

i have never heard of that method. probably will not work but i guess i could try haha

did you take the console out? one of the air bag modules is under there I believe (the little metal box)

there's a yellow wire under the dash (panel under steering wheel) that runs to that box, but i don't see how dropping a k-member would affect it.

i'd say you need to re-check all of your ground connections and fuses.

Look for yellow plugs and wires. That is the airbag stuff.

some of the wires for the airbag are under the dash on the pass. side.

checked the fuse wasent bad going to take it to the dealer i dont want to deal with it hope i dont get a huge bill.
