Default HELP: Ls1 Misfire problem(READ ME)

Car:
1998 Pontiac Firebird Formula
93k
LS1
M6

Bosch o2's up front, rear o2's are deleted. I have pace setter long tubes, ORY and borla mouth. All my emisions **** is tuned out

Problem:
SES flashing every now and then(HOWEVER DOES NOT THROW A CODE!)

Tried solutions:
8 new plugs (NGK Tr5 V power plugs)
New Autolite 7mm wires
ACDelco coil pack

Story:
My SES light started flashing. I had it checked out and I have absolutely NO codes being thrown. I think the computer isn't sophisticated enough to log the problem.

I had a rough idle, my whole engine was shaking at idle badly. I changed the plugs and wires with what I listed above. All the original tr55(Yes double 5) plugs looked nothing out of the ordinary, with exception to the second towards the rear of the bay on the passenger side which reeked of gasoline. Drove the car after replacing the plugs and wires and still had the Service engine light flashing(also the new tr5 plug in the same spot smelled like gas again). Therefore I replaced the coil pack. The car now idles much smoother, sounds better, and runs better. However the service engine soon light still flashes every now and then!

In addition: The car only does it when at light throttle. Anything more and usually the car won't trigger it.

Any help?

-Sobo

What scanner did yuo use to check for codes? The orange scanners at the auto parts stores that are usually free to scan, WON'T pick up some codes. You will need to get scanned by a real OBDII scanner like the dealerships have.

Gas on a plug could be a bad injector which will give you misfire codes and an SES light. Or maybe that coil wasn't firing, causing a misfire code, and raw gas remained in there when you took that plug out.

Get a scan.

I had it scanned by the orange one,

And a guy that has the ability to tune and change the PCU on our 4th gen ls1's.

The coil pack is new. Maybe injectors?

I'm just saying, those orange things are 100% useless on my car for some reason, they show nothing when I have codes.

Could be the injector, a plug should never wreak of fuel.

Also, a side note, some of our cars run horrible on Bosch 02 sensors, my car will not run with them.
