Here's what I did.
Checked PHB bolts (tight)
Checked front and back LCA bolts (tight)
Lubed all poly bushings
Put a pieced of heater hose between PHB support rail and Exhaust (was kind of close)
Tightened rear torque arm bolt

Noise seems to be gone. I'll have to drive it more to check it, but I've got a set of roots in my yard I always test on, and it didn't do it there. Also went up and down my road (partial crushed rocks). Downside is now I hear somethign from the driver rear.

thats the one i been dealing with, but do you remember if the E-brake cabe goes above or below the spring perch? I havent found a real good pic and can't remeber when i did my axle swap

Tomorrow I'm putting the car on a lift and will do some general maintenance. I'm chainging the oil, checking the torque specs on the suspension, lubing the bushings, etc. Hopefully it will fix it, again. lol I also have to replace the driver side window motor
