Belt Replacement When I look at belt replacement guides, they show a bunch of things being disconnected like the belt is being replaced from the top. But when I'm under the car it looks like I have a clear shot of removing the accessory belt. Am I missing something here? Can I not do it from under the car? I have to do the A/C belt from under the car it looks like, so I figured if I'm getting under there, I might as well try both. Thoughts?
You won't be able to remove it from under the car unless someone is over the car at the same time pushing slack on the tensioner pulley like ddm said. Do it all from the top.
AC belt is a different story... That's better from the bottom.
