Ok well as the topic said 6 years ago I bought my car new..... Well now its paid for. I told myself that with a $500 car payment I wouldnt ever be able to do what I wanted to do working dead end jobs but now thats all over.

6 years no maintenance except oil changes spark plugs, wires, tranny mount tires of course, antifreeze I seafoamed it once, fuel filter, hmm thinking thats about it.. havent even alligned it ever not once..

I changed the wheel bearings out about 5 months ago but that wobbling noise is back and louder then ever..

Im just wondering what all should I check on this car its time to start the back to stock and beyond process. Oh

I have a new ls7 clutch flywheel and im waiting on my tick performace master and gm slave so.. for all of you guys out their saying OMFG

Are you on the old engine fluids after putting a new engine in? PS fluid? Brake fluid...

I'd probably think about engine/tranny mounts if I hadn't done them already, but it sounds like you've got it covered.

Actually, my black TA just hit 95k, and I should probably change the stock ten-bolt rear end fluid soon lol... You done that yet? Remember the GM additive...

Appearance-wise, your clearcoat could probably use a thorough cleaning, i.e. caybar, mild polishing/cutting/compounding, etc. Your windshield might have hard water stains... Vinegar for mild, buffing for more stubborn stains.

Your weatherstripping could probably use some silicone grease to prevent hardening/cracking/etc... Especially itf it's a T-Top/convertible car.

How are your trunk and hood struts? lol

Yeah, you have some work to do like bboy outlined. Also check your power steering rack and transmission pan to see if fluid is starting to seap out. I had to retighten all of the bolts under my car at around 115k due to seapage.

I done the wheel bearings about 4 months ago but the wobble noise is back.. so im thinking about taking it somewhere this time cause mabey i did something wrong.. i changed the rear fluid with additive when i did that still the old ps and brake fluid actually added some brake fluid the the clutch the other day.. tranny mount has been repaced motor mounts havent.. ive had it waxed a couple of times like mabey 3 times since Ive owned it I keep it clean on the outside ..

its been real sluggish here recently.. I dunno mabey the clutch and its been doing this weird knocking at idel but then goes away and out of nowhere it comes back when it wants to like some days no knockin others knockin..

im about to drop it off with chevy and ask them to have a look at it tell me whats wrong eliminate the stuff I can do myself and then have either them or someone else do the rest i cant..
