Firehawk "failed" emissions

Firehawk "failed" emissions CT emissions.
I failed because of the readiness sensor. The tech said it could be from resetting the SES light, a new battery or not driving it. Since I havent done the first two and it has been sitting all winter, and a few months before that. I assume thats the reason. He says I need to find out the "drive cycle" for the car.
Does anyone know the drive cycle for a 2002 trans am/firehawk. All f-bodies must be about the same.
The drive cycle is how far the car should be driven and sometimes at a certain speed (on highway) for the readiness sensor to reset.
