When did this start, any circumstances that are out of the ordinary?

What work has been done on the car recently?

Id pull the line near the filter and turn that pump and MAKE SURE fuel is coming out, not just the prime. A fuel pressure test can be used to but it is good to see that fuel physically coming out.

Check all connections with the coil packs and spark plug wires.

Did you JUST do the headers before this happened? If so, there's A LOT of plugs that you unplug to do the job. Triple-check all the sensors & plugs.

But the CKP sensor wouldn't interrupt the spark circuit.

Unplug the coil electrical connectors & check for voltage between the pink wire and ground - should be 12V. Also, check for voltage at pin 2 with engine cranking (second one over from the left - looking at end of connector with tab UP). These tests prove your ignition controls are working.

I know you said all fuses are good, but check & re-seat all fuses & relays under hood.

why wouldnt it?

it tells the coil when to fire the plug.??

Maybe I said that wrong.

It would result in no spark or a spark at the wrong time, but I don't think it would take the 12V (always hot) away from the coil itself.

If he gets 12V at that pink wire, that tells him all his wiring & fuses are good. If he fails to get 12V at pin 3 with engine cranking, that could lead him elsewhere, or possibly to the CKP sensor.

Although it still doesn't seem like a sensor to me, at least not one that hasn't been touched during recent installs. There's something else going on.

Just had another idea. Could it be anything with the security system? Make sure it's dis-armed / inactive.

Also, check the cam position sensor, because that may have been something you unplugged or messed with during the install. It's located underneath the IM way in the back.
